Could you try the same with latest Converter 5.1?Also there is no way to create VM on the used volumes of converted machine. Need to specify destination VM on USB/SMB storage.

Something is wrong with your destination ESX, could you verify that ESX is accessible - use it as managed source and see the Converter is loogedin and brose the inventory.

Copying from the faulty esxi server to the destination works. I just confirmed it just using converter to the faulty esxi as destination keeps failing. Im going to compare firewall rules on both
