I think you should check again your firewall settings. The log contains consistently the same error connecting to host 10.2.5.100 at port 902 for several conversion...

The converter connects to the ESX with its name or IP-address obtained from the VC server, so the data will pass through respective subnet.Is this answer your question?

This could mean that converter-worker service is crashed. Could you upload log bundle for more information?

ESX exposes NFC (network file copy) as a service which Converter uses to perform conversions, and NFC uses the management network. AFAIK this can't be changed.There is an exception, though - if you do...
