Thanks, I think I found it in the 5.5 API reference. Looks like it's a new property called 'nicControllerType' for the 'ConverterNetworkParamsManagedNicParams' data object type. Will give it a run.

Its probably a DNS issue , the machine you are trying to convert got its own DNS and DC server ? check that and once the connection is back i think everything will be ok , check the Workers log   Best...

P2V with stand alone vConverter

Can I do P2V with stand alone vConverter wiht servers powered on? I usually do cold P2V. Does it matter to do P2V if the vcenter is vcenter virtual appliance and not Windows vCenter?

Seems your destination datastore contain '@' sign in its name, rename to '_' and try again. HTH
