Disabled UAC on all machines, logged in as local admin, reinstalled converter for 5.1. and still getting same error New logs with new errors in attachment.

Seems that the problem is the disk size, eventually the existing snapshots. Try to convert VM as physical (powered on) machine.HTH

As far as I'm aware, Veeam doesn't provide any P2V solutions, but once the migration process is finished, you will be able to protect Red Hat VM hosting Oracle DB with the use of that software.  Cheers.
