A few comments:
- The interesting log is the agent's one. It is located on the source machine (same folder path as worker's).
- Have you tried to just reconfigure the destination machine? If not - try it, you may also try with Converter 6.0
- If that doesn't help, you might try the Windows repair functionality. If you mount an Windows installation disk (e.g. on ISO image or perhaps even as physical CD/DVD) on the destination VM and boot from it, there should be some repair option in the wizard. Bug check 0x0000007b means 'inaccessible boot device'; fixing that could render the machine bootable with some luck.
