Converter 6.0 User's guide (https://www.vmware.com/pdf/convsa_60_guide.pdf), on page 22, supported sources table:

  * StorageCraft ShadowProtect Desktop, ShadowProtect Server, ShadowProtect Small Business Server (SBS), ShadowProtect IT Edition, versions 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2 (.spf).StorageCraft ShadowProtect Desktop, ShadowProtect Server, ShadowProtect Small Business Server (SBS), ShadowProtect IT Edition, versions 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2 (.spf).

Your version is pretty new and is not in this list, that's why you get "parameter is invalid" error.

What you can do is to create an empty destination VM in vCenter (or Workstation - I am not sure what is your case) with enough disk size to accommodate the image, restore it inside the VM using the ShadowProtect software (e. g. boot from a CD) and then after the import is complete, just run Converter "Configure" operation on that VM in order to try to make it bootable in virtual environment and... keep your fingers crossed.
