It is the worker's log that's needed, server's is not quite informative.
What do you mean "downloaded on to my local machine from another esx host"? ESX VMs don't run directly under Workstation, the vmdk file format differs slighthly.
Can you try to convert from directly the mentioned ESX to the cluster?
