Well ,
you question is for Network Ip and subnet mask. and if they will be in domain or not after conversion.
So
1) They will be in network as whatever you will decide. You can also configure the network from the vm itself after conversion. But keep some things in mind before doing your p2v.
(A) Dont forget to create a local admin fro your machines for safer side to login later in the case of no domain available due to network connectivity.
(B) At the last page of p2v conversion it will ask you to power on the machine after creation. make sure to take a downtime for your old physical server or click on do not " power on" .
2) The server will be in domain after conversion too. As i did thousand of conversion and never find any machine which goes out of domain after conversion. No need to rejoin and no impact will be happen on DNS.
All the best,
