Your problems are multiple active (bootable) partitions. Leave only one active partition on source computer (on all disk to convert) and try again. HTH

Not yet, I've deleted the VM and reconverting now. Thin or Thick? EDIT: Oh wait, if resizing you can select Thick or Thin. Ignore. I will increase by 1GB.

Thin or thick doesn't matter, since it's a guest OS issue rather than a hypervisor issue. André
