there is no issue in the system process and i hope the system running fine. the issue is only with the display. this may caused of unsupported VGA driver when you convert computer. restart the computer and boot in to safe mode(F8) and change the display driver to windows default or uninstall the existing VGA driver. then reboot. or else simple method. connect the issue computer registry from another computer and change the color values as below:
