Standalone Converter can't see NTFS volume, best copy alternative?

Running Standalone Converter on a Windows 2003 VM.   It sees the C: drive,  but it does not see the volume info for a 1TB (local, basic) S: disk.    Since I cannot use Standalone converter to migrate this disk,  I am wondering what is the best alternative to copy the disk from the current server to the new server?   I have an 8 hour window to copy the 1TB of data over a 1Gbps link.
