Firstable, thanks for your answer.

Have you installed converter on a separate system and is this the error when you try to connect to the physical source machine? If a firewall blocks that incoming traffic, then you can just install Converter directly onto the physical source host as well. This way you only need the outgoing connections (which are often completely open) to vCenter and the ESXi hosts (TCP/443, TCP/902)

Yes, the Converter is installed on a VM in my ESXi and I try to join a physical server to launch the P2V.

 

In general, I dislike to install extra soft on production server. But, to my mind is was the only solution so I did it on D: disk and  it and it works like a charm.

My 2 physicals servers are now on my ESXi.

 

I'm looking for a "Converter Standalone Portable" but it seems to not exist.

 

Thanks for your help, this solution works but I hope find another solution without installtion on server.
