Verify if your source filesystem isn't corrupted with chkdsk <volume> /r /f
Verify if you have sufficient disk space on both source and destination.
Verify if account used for conversion has local admin rights.
Turn off User Access Control (UAC), firewall, AV software on source machine.
From the log you are running Windows 7 Professional, 32-bit Service Pack with Quad core CPU and 3GB RAM is this correct?
