Hi,
please post content of vmware-converter-server.log
in the meantime...
- check regional settings in OS:
- check if converter service can interact with desktop:
Click Start> Run, type services.msc than click OK
Right-click the VMware VirtualCenter Converter Standalone Agent service and click Properties.
Click the Log On tab.
If the option is unchecked unchecked, select the Allow service to interact with desktop option.
Also check under which account is the service configured to start...
