Unfortunately the log bundle you have provided contains only GUI and one Server log, but no Worker logs. In this case seems the Worker logs are the most important. When you get this error - while submitting a job, or at a later stage, when the job is already running?
In the latter case can you switch the GUI to task view and export the log bundle for the failed *task* (but not job).
If the error happens during the wizard - you can collect worker logs manually, they should be located under %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone\logs
