You response has been very helpful in isolating the converter issue. I am also facing the issue with SSL.

Vcenter 5.5 server is not listing any of the 4 test hosts under ssl settings. so i am unable to perform the "verify" process. I am getting the following message in logs:

I also tried to remove the esxi (5.5) hosts and added again still i get the same message. The SQL database on vcenter shows that "EXPECTED_SSL_THUMBPRINT" is available. But when i user vconverter, it fails.

Request if you can give me some more support on this issue.
