Please post relevant comments as there is a risk of confusing the questioner. What I mean:
- VMware-Converter-Agent.exe is about Windows P2V only, it is irrelevant in the case of Linux P2V
- networking issues (firewalls, disabled SSH etc) are also irrelevant as they would prevent sysinfo deployment in the first place or eventually connecting the helper VM to the source machine. They cannot cause an application crash as in this case.
Additionally - Converter 4.0 is way too old. The current version is 5.5.1
