Has my registry become corrupted, or how else can the BOOT MANAGER default object be missing from the registry and the OS still boot successfully?

After the BIOS tests, the internal hard drive is selected for boot. The first thing that happens is PointSec (from CheckPoint) loading and then presentubg an unlock/login dialog. After I have logged in, the system then boots into Windows normally. Maybe that is the reason why there is no boot manager settings in the registry?

If those settings are needed for Converter to do its job, is there a way of just making a virtual disk of all the "visible" contents and then manually open the disk inside Fusion and then manually make the disk Fusion-bootable?

I put the output from bcdedit.exe into an earlier post. I diffed the contents with your example and the only difference I could see was that your example has a "default {current}" line, while my bcdedit output has not.

I will now reboot to allow "chkdsk c: /b" to do its job. I'll post the results afterwards.
