Are those logs in a different location I'm not able to find them. One ones I uploaded were from the export diagnostics log link.
Also I don't see the converter-worker.xml file and I've attached a screenshot of the xml files on that machine in the converter folder.
Please advise if I'm looking in wrong locaiton or how to obtain the logs your needing.
